As President of Critical Skills, Cynthia manages key accounts, business operations, and marketing initiatives for the firm. She also works closely with clients to optimize resource strategies and manage executive search initiatives.
Since 1996, Cynthia has led talent management initiatives including recruiting top IT talent, leading high-performance teams, creating performance management plans, optimizing human resource strategies, and exceeding planned goals as an executive at leading professional services organizations.
Prior to joining Critical Skills, Cynthia founded MERGE Resource Group, an information technology outsourcing firm that connected high-profile clients with industry specialists and business leaders throughout the U.S. She also served as a Director for Haverstick Consulting, an IT consulting firm based in Carmel, IN and was a Regional Manager for marchFIRST and Whittman-Hart LLC.
Cynthia earned a Bachelor of Science in Business degree from Miami University where she majored in Marketing with a concentration in Management Information Systems.
