As Managing Director of Consulting Services, Steve is responsible for developing the firm's consulting solutions, strategically aligning and leading its delivery team, and delivering exceptional client service.

With more than 30 years of management consulting, executive and IT management experience, Steve's expertise spans the areas of operational and IT strategy, technology effectiveness, organizational change management and solution delivery.  Steve has helped small to Fortune 50 clients, both nationally and globally, develop actionable, high-value strategies and implement high-impact solutions.  He has served many industries including life sciences, distribution, insurance and entertainment.

Prior to joining Critical Skills, Steve founded two consulting firms and served as a Principal and Practice Leader for Whittman-Hart/marchFIRST and as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young LLP.

Steve is an alumni of Purdue University having completed undergraduate work in Computer Technology and graduate work in management.
